Standard photography is typically delivered by the next day. Video, Matterport and other media services may require additional processing time.

The property should be photo-ready when I arrive. I recommend having lights on, blinds opened, counters cleared, personal items put away and vehicles moved from the driveway when possible. I'm happy to provide a preparation checklist before the shoot.

Light cloud cover usually isn't a problem. If weather conditions prevent quality exterior or drone photography, we'll work together to determine whether to continue, reschedule or complete the affected exterior media at another time.

Yes. I'm equipped to provide professional aerial photography and video for residential listings throughout the Austin area, subject to FAA airspace and weather conditions.
